BIO

Ryan McNeely has worked in the Indianapolis Area Construction Industry since 1989 with experience in multiple management and preconstruction roles, on a diverse range of project types. Ryan’s greatest affection for the industry over the years, is the relationships he has built with competitors, coworkers, subcontractors, vendors, architects, engineers, and owners.  Ryan has a strong belief that being able to communicate and collaborate is essential to avoiding or solving issues and creating a successful project, for all entities.

Ryan has been married to Patti since 1991, and together have raised three awesome children (two daughters and a son). For over the past 20 years Ryan and Patti have chased their children around for travel and school-based sports and have loved every second.

When not working, you can find Ryan spending time with family and friends, working in the yard and around the house, watching a ballgame or TV series (so many to select from), or trying to get in a workout.  Ryan and Patti’s “Happy Place” is on a beach somewhere in the Carolina’s, where they hope to be spending more of their time in the near future
